Student meetings set for CHS the Week of April 5

A series of meetings will be held for students at Chillicothe High School the week of April 5, 2021.

According to Principal Matt Ballentine, senior meetings will be held in the auditorium on Monday for cap and gown distribution. Seniors whose last names end with letters A-M will meet at 8:30 a.m. Then, a second session will be held for seniors whose last names end with letters N-Z at 9:15 a.m. A third meeting will be held for those enrolled in College Credit Plus and the Virtual Learning Academy at 10 a.m.

According to a Google Classroom post by Assistant Principal Dustin Weaver, a separate meeting will be set up for CHS students who attend Pickaway-Ross Career & Technology Center on a full-time basis.

Tuesday through Thursday will be 2021-2022 course scheduling sessions for students who will be enrolled at CHS next year. Juniors will meet on Tuesday, sophomores will meet on Wednesday, and freshmen will meet on Thursday.

Students should expect to meet on their respective grade-level dates at the following times in the auditorium:

• 8:30 a.m. for students whose last names end with A-M

• 9:15 a.m. for students whose last names end with N-Z

• 10:30 a.m. for students enrolled in the Virtual Learning Academy
