The Chillicothe Varsity Girls' Tennis team defeated Hillsboro, 5-0, on Tuesday.

CHS Varsity Results:

• 1st Singles: Abbey Sims-Clark (C) defeated Sara Newsome (H) 6-0, 6-1

• 2nd Singles: Maddie Schafer (C) defeated Miriam Studebaker (H) 7-5, 6-1

• 3rd Singles: Sydney Wissler (C) defeated Alexia Nicholas (H) 6-4, 6-0

• 1st Doubles: Abby Pendell/Liliauna Carver (C) defeated Abigail Koogler/Haley Norman (H) 6-2, 6-0

• 2nd Doubles: Asia Penn/Brittany Wright (C) defeated Aubrey Schurman/Caroline Crouch (H) 6-3, 6-1

CHS JV Results:

• Haley Laughlin/Allison Remley (C) won 8-5

• Ava Guerra/Taysia Yusuf (C) lost 8-2
