CHS Boys Finish 4th in FAC Golf Match #1

Hillsboro came out on top at Frontier Athletic Conference Boys' Golf Match #1.

According to Chillicothe High School Golf Coach Jason Fischer, the team scores were as follows:

1. Hillsboro 180

2. Washington 190

3. Jackson 191

4. Chillicothe 194

5. Miami Trace 199

6. Greenfield 203

Medalist: Mycroft, of Hillsboro, with an individual 39

"Great start to the Cavs season," said Fischer. "Only four strokes off of second place."

He said there were 36 golfers at the match, and Chillicothe's JT Kobel finished 2nd overall with a 43 and CHS freshman Kaiden Koch finished 4th with a 46.

The CHS boys' golf team will host Zane Trace and Adena, today.
