Nathan Tootle Named Business Student of the Month for September

The Business Department at Chillicothe High School recently selected its first "Student of the Month."

Nathan Tootle, a senior at CHS, was chosen for his efforts in the production of the high school's student-recorded daily announcements.

"Nathan is very talented in terms of setting up camera equipment with proper lighting and audio techniques," said PRCTC satellite instructor Vanessa George, "but he went the extra mile by coaching those who were on camera as well as full producing the announcements, which can be a very tedious and time-consuming process."

Staff members who make up the department also selected George as the "Teacher of the Month" for incorporating video announcements as a daily task for her Academic Options students.
