As promised, the CHS softball team held its first Mommy-Son Dance. On Saturday, March 17th, students from any school district grades Pre K-6th were welcome to attend the dance with their mothers.
The cost to attend the dance was $15 per couple, with no child limit. This was the same cost of the Daddy-Daughter Dance.
Due to the popularity of the Daddy-Daughter Dance, organizers listened and gave the people what they wanted. Organizers say about 150 couples were there.
This was a very successful fundraiser for the team. They look to continue these dances for years to come.
