Fatal Crash on SR 104

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Pike County last Saturday. According to authorities, Danny R. Skinner, 31, of Chillicothe, was driving northbound on State Route 104 when his vehicle traveled off the side of the road way, hit a guardrail, ran into the embankment, and overturned.

According to a report from the Highway Patrol, Skinner was pronounced dead at the scene.
