2018 Softball Season

The 2018 Chillicothe High School softball season has begun. On Tuesday afternoon, the team held its first pre-practice of the season.

Last year, the Lady Cavs finished with an overall record of (7-17), and they are looking to improve their record this year.

The team graduated 7 seniors in the 2017 class, including: Sabrina Beekman, Victoria Bettendorf, Kayla Daniels, Sydney Gallaugher, Kacey Woodbridge, Jenna Murihead, and Taylor Boggs.

Coach Greg Phillips returns 6 varsity lettermen. Phillips has taken on the "Warrior Culture" mentality this year with the motto "Team over yourself."

Tryouts will held the 26th and 27th at the Mount Logan Field Complex from 3-5:30 p.m.
