Woman Accused of Stealing TVs from Walmart... Who Is She?

Chillicothe Police are trying to identify a woman who is accused of stealing at least 2 television sets from Walmart. On Monday, local authorities took to social media platforms in asking the public for help in putting a name to the suspect's face.
