Blain Highway Vehicle Crash

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a car accident that took place on Blain Highway, January 12.

According to a release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Trevor Gray, 16, of Chillicothe, drove off the right side of the road and back onto the road, crossing the middle line.

Authorities said his car struck another vehicle that was coincidentally driven by his mother, Heidi Gray, 42, of Chillicothe.

Both were transported to Adena Regional Medical Center by ambulance.

Trevor Gray was later transferred to Nationwide Children’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries for inpatient rehabilitation. Heidi Gray was transferred to Grant Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
