Red Cross Blood Drive
On October 13, Chillicothe High School was the host site of a Red Cross Blood Drive.
Tri-M student worker Megan Raines stated 42 units of blood were donated, which exceeded the goal of 31 units.
Raines said that there were a combined 56 students and teachers who donated, including 22 new donors. This impacts 126 lives, according to Raines.
“Tri-M did an amazing job of representing dignity, class, and pride for the Red Cross and Chillicothe High School,” Raines stated.
The next blood drive will be held by Chillicothe’s National Honors Society on January 19, 2018 from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Cox Gym.
