Man Arrested after Passing Out in Drive-Thru

On Wednesday, Chillicothe Police were dispatched to a man found passed out at Chip’s Drive Thru. According to a police report, authorities woke Brian Adams, after running his name through dispatch, officers found there was a warrant out for his arrest.

While the officer was reciting the man his Miranda Rights, the officer noted that Adams was very unsteady on his feet and Adams allegedly stated that he had too much to drink.
